Our U11 Girls have finished top of the league for Surrey Central!
It's been impressive to watch our newcomers rise to the challenge so quickly, and our experienced girls encouraging and mentoring them whilst growing in confidence and ability themselves. The team spirit has been evident in all their games. Despite many different mixes in many matches, the players have gelled quickly, impressing us and parents ... they have received many compliments along the way!
Every game has been a team effort, and the girls will have some super memories; statring with the pre-season friendly festival at Valley End, winning friendlies and league games against Old Rutlishions, Oxshott Maori, Chiddingfold, Valley End and some enjoyable sunny mornings at festivals.
We have real talent and great enthusiasm coming through with our younger girls, a young lady playing for Surrey for her second season now, and girls about to embark on the assessment process for the Surrey Performance Squad.
