Ashtead bowl well to restrict the canes

Winning the toss and chosing to bowl once again from the canes skipper.

Ashtead had a good start as their opening partnership was 72 this was until ben Isaac managed to keep his nerve and grab the prize wicket of their captain for 34 after he had taken bens opening over for 14. Jarred was on the other end and managed to get 2 wickets in his first over finding himself on a hatrick ball which was dug out by the batsman. from the first wicket partnership of 72 off 10 overs the canes managed to take all 10 of the Ashtead wickets for 58 ending the Ashtead innings for 130. Dan taking 1-25 ben taking 2-29 and jarred taking 4-23 with 3 run outs one from jarred, Michael and Luke.

This time there was no Callum to open up with Michael so up stepped toby. Michael trying to hook a bouncer second ball and gloving one through to the keeper. In came the match winner from last game Luke he struggled to get off strike and then fell to a sharp bouncer like Michael and was caught for 2. next in was Tim who struggled to find any sort of timing through his innings. After ten overs the canes were 36/3. In came Jarred and started to try and up the run rate but played on big shot to many and was bowled for 27. No body else managed to get the ball away and the canes were bowled out for 99 in the last over.
