Notes for teams visiting Merrow CC
We look forward to welcoming you to Merrow CC for the upcoming fixture. These notes are
aimed to help you get to our ground, and also help with parking. Our address is Epsom Rd,
Merrow, Surrey, Guildford, GU4 7AA.
When you visit our ground for matches, you will be able to park on our field. This can be
accessed via the gate on the left hand side just after the bend in the road. Please park
considerately and drive carefully when on the field.
Please DO NOT park in the tennis club parking areas, shown on the map below. Additionally
DO NOT park in the car park of the Horizon Gym, also shown. There is a number plate
recognition system in place in the Gym car park and you may be fined for parking in there.
There will be no access from the Park & Ride car park into our ground on match days. The
Park & Ride car park closes at 19:00 and will not be reopened until the following day. The
Park & Ride car park does not open on Sundays.
Our pavilion is used as a Nursery during term time. This means that for games played at
Merrow CC during the week in term time, the pavilion cannot be accessed. However we do
have a changing room with toilet facilities. For Friday & weekend we have full access to the
pavilion.
We have a number of codes of conduct and policies that are available on our website. These
included Photo & Video policies, safeguarding children and a code of conduct for members,
guests & visitors.
